ZODIAC CUSTOM PRODUCTS ONE INCH DIAMETER DRAG BARS

Top quality handlebars are precision made in Holland from 1" (25.4mm) heavy gauge steel tubing. Dimpled bars have indents to give space to route the handlebar switch control wires on Harley-Davidsons. Non-dimpled bars do not have this feature. All Zodiac Custom Products handlebars are designed for regular cable throttle but can easily be modified to accept Throttle-By-Wire.

A. ZPN 090012 Adapter spacer to install cable throttle on bars notched for TBW-Gen.1
Throttle-By-Wire
B. Generation 1 (TBW-Gen.1) is the electronic throttle as on CVO Softail 2011-2015, all Softail 2016-2024, 110CI FXDLS 2016-2017, all Trike 2009 to present, 96, 103, 107, 110 and 114CI Touring 2008-2024 and 117CI Touring 2018-2023. These bars are notched and approx. 17/32" (13.5mm) shorter at the right side for the Throttle Grip Sensor that slips into the handlebar.
C. Generation 2 (TBW-Gen.2) is the electronic throttle as on RA Pan America and RH Sportster 2021 to present. These have the Throttle Grip Sensor inside the switch housing.
D. Generation 3 (TBW-Gen.3) is the electronic throttle as on 121CI CVO Touring 2023 to present, all 117CI Touring 2024 to present and all Softail 2025 to present. These bars have dowel pin holes for the handlebar controls and the Throttle Grip Sensor inside the switch housing
